‘Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance.
We know Your Word says, ‘Woe to those who call evil good, ‘but that is exactly what we have done.
We have ridiculed the absolute truth of your Word and called it Pluralism.
We have worshipped other gods and called it multiculturalism.
We have endorsed perversion and called it alternative lifestyle.
We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values.
We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery.
We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare.
We have killed our unborn and called it choice.
We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable.
We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem.
We have abused power and called it politics.
We have coveted our neighbor’s possessions and called it ambition.
We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression.
We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment.
Search us, Oh God, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and Set us free. Amen! ‘

• A Definition of Spiritual Warfare – Ephesians 6:12 – For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
• Focus in on PRINCIPALITIES.
o Principalities – sins that the world tries to convince us are “OK”. The world will try to make formalities out of sin.
 The world likes to call it…
• “A changing of times”
• “Alternative lifestyle”
• “Multiculturalism”
• “Tolerance”
• “Political correctness”
• “How you were raised”
• Just take a look at the words highlighted above
Isaiah 5:20 - Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!

• Religious pluralism – acceptance of various world religions as a call for diversity. According to Wikipedia…
o As the name of the worldview according to which one's religion is not the sole and exclusive source of truth, and thus that at least some truths and true values exist in other religions.
o As acceptance of the concept that two or more religions with mutually exclusive truth claims are equally valid. This posture often emphasizes religion's common aspects.
 The Bible defines absolute moral truth.
• Defines an “objective truth”
o Objective truth – It is true for all people, and its exceptions for special circumstances are defined in the Bible
o We acknowledge these truths because God does.
 For example, it’s wrong to cheat because God is a fair and just God. It’s wrong to lie because God is an honest God. It’s wrong to love sin because God hates sin.

• Pray for Revival in Our Nation
o Pray that America will be frustrated in its sinful lifestyle and seek the face of God.
o Revival in America does not start with a new president, a new speaker of the house, new congressmen and women
 It starts with you.
 A strong nation is built on a strong foundation. And the foundation of America is its citizens. Just like any sturdy building, the foundation is laid down from the ground up.
